Karolis Verbliugevičius
Karolis Verbliugevičius has 20 years of experience managing multiple businesses in Lithuania. Over his career, he has developed expertise in financial planning, budgeting, team management, and collaborating with service providers. His strength lies in creating and implementing systems and processes that help organizations operate smoothly and efficiently.
Karolis is the co-founder of “Blind Sport Lt,” a not-for-profit sports association dedicated to developing blind tennis in Lithuania. An avid sports fan and athlete, Karolis began playing tennis in Vilnius at the age of 8. By age 10, he had won his first national championship in his age group and later transitioned to playing at the professional level.
In 1996, Karolis lost his vision in a car accident. Remarkably, in 2021, he returned to the tennis court as a blind tennis player. Two years later, he earned an IBTA world ranking and is currently ranked No. 2 in the world in the B1 category.
